Logo Design Special

1. Logo creation will commence once payment has been received, and terms have been agreed to by the client.

3 Logo concepts will be presented.

2. After the design variations have been presented, the customer has the right to request modifications to the logo of their choice.

3. The customer is responsible for the registering and trademarking of the created logo design.

4. Please allow 7-14 business days for the electronic delivery of your logo.

5. The client will receive the logo in jpeg, pdf, png, eps, watermark png, black and white versions. While the customer becomes the owner of the logo, Brand New Consulting Group reserves the right to advertise the created logo in any of its marketing materials without the prior consent of the customer.

6. The client is responsible for making a non-refundable 50% deposit if the total payment exceeds $999. If the total payment does not exceed $999, payment is due in full. Deposits can be transferred to another product or service, at the discretion of Brand New Consulting Group.
After your logo has been completed and approved by you, any further modifications or changes will be assessed a $75 service charge per visit.

8. The client has 24 hours to select a logo to modify or to make the final selection on the logo concept of their choice.

Failure to adhere to these stipulations will result in the termination of this contract.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, once logo design process has begun. 

The logo creation process is a 4 stage operation that takes place as follows.
Stage 1: Days 1-3 Market Research and Concept Evaluation
Stage 2: Days 4-6 Concept Development and Implementation
Stage 3: Days 7-9 Concept Vetting Concept Mock
Stage 4: Days 10-14 Logo Presentation

Brand New Consulting Group Reserves the right to utilize the design created for you in any of its advertising and marketing efforts without the express consent of the customer.
